Vitex VX Profi Copper Grease

Copper grease is designed for processing threaded, flanged connections and other metal parts exposed to extremely high temperatures, pressure and an active corrosive environment. The copper powder included in the composition (fine copper powder) creates a film on the surface that protects the contacting parts from sticking and prevents cold welding.

• Operating temperature range from -40 °C to +1200 °C 
• It has excellent penetrating power even in hard-to-reach places
• Exhibits high adhesive properties 
• Provides reliable protection against the effects of salts, water, alkali solutions and weak acids
• Prevents welding of parts and threaded connections

Method of application:

1. Shake thoroughly for a minute to evenly mix the composition inside.

2. Clean and degrease the surface to be treated.

3. Spray the product evenly on the surface to be treated. The best result is achieved at a cylinder temperature above +5C.
